Ok here’s a quick exercise for you which will really focus your mind on what you want.
Think of ten things you want to bring into your life in the next 6 months. Write them down. They can be big or small – the only rule is they must be things, although people are also acceptable.
OK, now, since your life is already full up, in order to bring those ten things into it, you’re going to have to give up ten things which are not serving you. These don’t have to be things, they can also be activities. Write them down too.
Now, make a note in your diary 6 months from today with the ten things you want and the ten things you will give up. Then let the magic flow!
