Believing in an abundant universe means you are open to accepting that whatever you need to achieve your full potential is available for you. There’s plenty of evidence that this is true even though many people persist in complaining about scarcity.
Scarcity thinking really doesn’t serve anyone. It really is the ultimate limiting belief! People who believe in scarcity find it impossible to grow and share and to live their ultimate purpose which is to enrich the world by being here. How can you enrich others if you don’t believe there’s even enough for you?
Some people even believe that there is something wrong with wanting abundance, that somehow by wanting they will deprive someone else but really that is nonsense. There is more than enough to go around and we can only participate to our full potential if we accept this.
Wallace D Wattles says it best:
You want to get rich in order that you may eat, drink, and be
merry when it is time to do these things; in order that you may
surround yourself with beautiful things, see distant lands, feed
your mind, and develop your intellect; in order that you may
love others and do kind things, and be able to play a good part
in helping the world to find truth.
